Police Believe Medical Condition Caused Deadly St. Paul Crash

One person is dead, and two people are injured after a crash in St. Paul.

According to St. Paul Police, the rear-end crash happened around 10:20 a.m. near W. 7th Street and Maynard Drive.

Police believe the driver who died had a medical condition, which caused the crash.
