Buffalo Woman's Son Told his Principal of her Drug Use
A Wright County woman is in jail after her son told his principal about her drug use.
A criminal complaint shows the 12-year-old boy brought his school principal a small zip lock bag with residue that tested positive for methamphetamine.
32-year-old Sabina Marie Coolen, of Chatham Township, is now charged with storing meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child.
The boy also told police about a safe his mother had in her room.
The Wright County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant of Coolen’s home on Nov. 20th and found the safe. Inside was Coolen's expired driver’s license, and a glass bulb pipe with a burned white residue inside of it. The residue tested positive for meth.
