AMBER ALERT: Child Taken by 'Armed and Dangerous' Noncustodial Father

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says a 17-month-old girl has been abducted by her noncustodial father.

The girl's name is Nahla Sky Rutledge.

Authorities say George Jermaine Rutledge, 31, is described as 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds. He has many tattoos and is said to be wearing a black coat with a Cadillac emblem on the back.

Rutledge is believed to be armed and dangerous.

Authorities issued the alert late Thursday night after they were last seen at 1341 Jersey Ave. in St. Louis Park.

Rutledge drives a tan 1998 Ford Expedition with South Carolina license plates and a temporary registration sticker in the back window.

The license plate numbers and direction of travel are unknown at this time.

If seen, call 911.
