EmailPull Tabs, Cash Stolen From Winona Bar
A Winona bar got scammed out of boxes of pull tabs and cash. Police say a guy walked into Cheaters pretending he was a state gambling inspector and claimed he had to review charitable pull-tab collections. Workers handed over the tabs and the money.
They say the man went to his car claiming he forgot something, and he never came back. Police have not said how much money he got away with.
