EmailMemorial Event Remembers Sen. Paul Wellstone
On Wednesday, the public is invited to remember Sen. Paul Wellstone in the first of three memorial events this fall.
The senator and seven others, including his wife and daughter, died in a plane crash on Oct. 25, 2002.
Friends, family, and supporters plan to honor their lives and legacy Wednesday at Macalester College. Doors open at 6 p.m.
There will be another event on the 10-year anniversary in Eveleth, Minn., which is the site of the plane crash. A third event will take place in November in Washington, D.C.
