EmailSuspect in St. Paul Arrest Video Arrested Again
The man seen in a video being kicked by a St. Paul police officer last month has been arrested again.
Police say Eric Hightower tried to get away by jumping out of a second floor window at the Highway Motel overnight.
Officers were called there because of a fight.
Police say this is Hightower's third arrest in four months.
The incident caught on tape is still under investigation.
