St. Paul Restaurant Asks Customers for Help

The Mai Village Restaurant needs to raise $150,000 by the end of the month to stay in business.

Owner Mai Nguyen says they started struggling a few years ago when the economy slowed, and then light rail construction in front of the building made access to the restaurant difficult.

However, word is getting out and loyal customers have come to fill the tables day after day.  Nguyen says she hopes it's enough, before time runs out.

They have started a Facebook page and hope customers who can't dine in will show their support that way.
