Suspect in Custody in Deadly Mpls. Stabbing

A 48 year-old man is in custody after turning himself in in connection with a deadly stabbing at a Minneapolis bus shelter.

Officers were called to a bus shelter near Lyndale Ave and 18th Ave N. around 7:30 p.m. Friday night.

When officers arrived they say they found a man who had been stabbed. He died at the scene.

Police say they had received many good leads, but at around 12:30 p.m. Saturday 48 year-old Michael Breauxsaus turned himself. He is being held in the Hennepin County Jail pending murder charges.

The victim's name, and cause of death have not been released.
