Is Your Smart Phone a Pain in the Neck?
Some medical experts have created a new term called "text neck" to describe a condition created by hunching over phones and other mobile devices.
Posture like that puts undue pressure on your spine and makes it difficult to fill your lungs all the way up... causing all sorts of aches and pains.
One way to avoid text neck is by raising your mobile device closer to eye level.
Experts say a 45-degree angle can make a big difference.
