Study Finds Yogurt May Help Keep Blood Pressure Down
Eating that cup of yogurt every day doesn't just help your digestion, it may also help keep your blood pressure down.
A study presented to the American Heart Association found people who ate yogurt, at least three days a week were 31-percent less likely to have high blood pressure. Yogurt eaters generally had lower systolic blood pressure. That's the first number on your blood pressure reading.
However it is worth noting, the study was partially funded by the Dannon Yogurt Company
