Study Finds Yogurt May Help Keep Blood Pressure Down

Eating that cup of yogurt every day doesn't just help your digestion, it may also help keep your blood pressure down.
A study presented to the American Heart Association found people who ate yogurt, at least three days a week were 31-percent less likely to have high blood pressure. Yogurt eaters generally had lower systolic blood pressure. That's the first number on your blood pressure reading.
