1st Multi-Generational Home Built in Maple Grove

Whether it's young adults moving back in with mom and dad or families taking care of aging parents, multi-generational homes are becoming more and more common.

Now, the first multi-generational home in Minnesota has been built in Maple Grove. The home features a private 600-square-foot suite within the six-bedroom home.

The suite includes a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and a separate entrance along with a one car garage. The home costs about $600,000.

The house is part of the parade of homes which runs through the end of the month.
