Families Fighting Rules for Colo. Victims Fund

Family members of some of the people killed in the Colorado theater shooting are still concerned that money collected by a fundraising campaign is not getting to the victims.

Representatives say that after three meetings of a financial oversight committee, they believe the money is not going to be given to victims in a timely manner. They plan to air their concerns Thursday.

Some families say the campaign collected more than $5 million using the victims' names and images but gave no more than $5,000 each to families facing expenses including medical bills.

The 7/20 Recovery Committee responded late Wednesday that it's committed to honoring the input of all victims, not just the voices of a few.

Twelve people were killed and 58 were wounded in the July 20 shooting.
