EmailMan Indicted in Killing of Cab Driver in Mpls.
A 20-year-old Robbinsdale man has been indicted in the killing of cab driver in Minneapolis earlier this year.
A Hennepin County grand jury returned the first-degree murder indictment Thursday against Samuel Taylor, the Hennepin County Attorney's Office says.
Taylor is accused of shooting William Harper, 56, of Roseville while committing an aggravated robbery. Harper was shot while driving his cab March 14.
An indictment for second-degree murder was also obtained, the attorney's office says.
Taylor's trial is scheduled to start Monday.
