Minneapolis Police Arrest MO Homicide Suspect

According to Minneapolis Police, a double-homicide suspect from Missouri turned himself in to Minneapolis Police Friday morning.
Darnell Vaughn, 29, called 911 just before 4:30 a.m. to turn himself in on his homicide warrant.
Minneapolis Police officers responded to 3rd Avenue South and South 11th Street and took Vaughn into custody without incident.
Vaughn is wanted for one murder and is a suspect in at least one other homicide in the St. Louis area, police say.
He was believed to be a threat to law enforcement, and had previously made statements that he intended to resist anyone who tried to arrest him.
Vaughn did not have a firearm at the time of his arrest.
He was booked into Hennepin County Jail and is being held without bond.
