EmailStandoff Resolved in North St. Paul Neighborhood

Two SWAT teams blocked off parts of a North St. Paul neighborhood where they say a man barricaded himself inside his home.
The standoff started around 7 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Sixth Street North, just south of Seventh Avenue East.
At one point officials shot tear gas into the home. The man eventually came out around midnight and was taken into custody.
