Officials: Jay Cooke State Park Could Reopen in October

Jay Cooke State Park should re-open by the end of October, but visitors can only come in from the west.
Mudslides and flooding in June left serious damage to the park, but MnDOT crews are making progress.
It could take more than a year before Highway 210 reopens between the park’s headquarters and Duluth’s Fond Du Lac neighborhood.
