Crews Rescue Light Rail Worker from Hole in St. Paul
A light rail worker was rescued from a hole near the Capitol in St. Paul Monday morning.
KSTP reporter Tim Sherno says the man drilled a hole about eight feet deep, and proceeded to fall into it.
The man was conscious and alert while emergency crews worked to rescue him.
He was taken to Regions Hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.
The hole at the construction site is now being sealed off.
Additional details have not been released.
