Vikings fans may want to consider parking on the street during games this season.
The City of Minneapolis has installed smart meters near the Metrodome that allow people to pay with credit cards instead of coins.
The same type of meters are already used in parts of the city, including the Warehouse District by Target Field.
Parking rates vary depending on special events in areas of the city.
