North St. Paul Motorcyclist in Critical Condition After Roseville Crash
A North St. Paul motorcyclist is in critical condition after a crash in Roseville Thursday evening.
According to witnesses, the 53-year-old man was riding eastbound on County Road C when he went through a red light at Prior Avenue and was hit by a Renewal by Andersen box truck turning into the business parking lot.
The incident happened around 5:39 p.m. Thursday.
The man was found unconscious with a severed left leg below the knee, a fractured arm, and facial injuries. He’s in critical condition at Hennepin County Medical Center.
Both lanes of County Road C between Fairview and Cleveland Avenues were closed for about two hours while officials investigated the crash.
The driver of the truck is a 39-year-old Eden Prairie man who is cooperating with police.
