Minnesota counties are making changes to the taxpayer-funded Childcare Assistance Program after 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS compiled welfare records the state never has .
"Your questions really made me think about where there are some potential gaps in the system," Hennepin County Chief Financial Officer Curt Haats told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS.
