nullA 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS investigation has uncovered a massive state failure that allowed convicted drivers to escape punishment and commit nearly 900 crimes when they shouldn't have been behind the wheel, putting your life in danger.

It's a story we've tried to bring you for nearly two years, but the state's Department of Public Safety fought to keep it secret.
