Metro Radio Host & Money Manager Accused of Fraud

A metro radio personality and money manager were accused of running a Ponzi scheme that allegedly defrauded 1,000 investors out of nearly $200 million.

Federal regulators froze the assets of Trevor Cook of Minneapolis and Burnsville radio show host Patrick Kiley.

According to a civil complaint filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission the men misused funds to develop a casino in Panama, buy several luxury cars and purchase a submarine.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is seeking restitution to any defrauded customers
