Authorities are asking for the public's help to find the driver in a deadly hit and run that killed a 35-year-old Minneapolis woman.
Mai D. Yang, who was hit by a vehicle in Oak Park Heights died Monday from her injuries.
Yang was riding with her husband, 37-year-old E. Xiong, when they were hit around 11:52 p.m. on August 2, on the 14500 block of 60th Street North, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Yang was taken to Regions Hospital in St. Paul where she later died. Xiong is in fair condition.
Police are still searching for the driver who hit them. They're asking anyone who witnessed the incident or has information about the vehicle or its driver to call State Patrol Sgt. Eric Zastrow at 651-539-1151 or the Oak Park Heights Police Department at 651-439-4723.
