Search crews in Minneapolis will spend a third day Tuesday looking for signs of a car submerged in the Mississippi River.

The car was reportedly seen going into the river around 9 a.m. Sunday near the 10th Avenue Bridge near the University of Minnesota.

Dangerous water currents and rainy weather continue to hamper the recovery. At one point, it was called off completely.

Investigators are trying to spot the car on sonar. They can't dive until they locate the car and, even then, only if conditions improve.

Police still don't know if someone was inside.
