Minneapolis city attorneys dropped charges against a man arrested after the Dinkytown disturbance earlier this month.
Twenty-one-year-old Justin Pinkerton was originally charged with disorderly conduct, but the city says there's not enough evidence to proceed with his case.
Pinkerton was one of 19 people arrested April 12, after the Gopher men's hockey team lost to Union College in the NCAA Championship.
Police arrested 10 people in a separate disturbance April 10, after the Gophers advanced to the title game.
