For 140 Minnesota families Sunday; dads, moms, brothers and sisters who serve with the 850th Engineering Company of the Minnesota National Guard came home just in time for the holidays. But for one father of 4, he kept it a surprise from his kids only to surprise them underwater.

After serving as a combat engineer in Afghanistan for 11 months, First Lieutenant Nick Aldrich is suiting up as an undercover agent, training for his most important mission yet; "Scuba Claus at Sea Life" at the Mall of America.

Aldrich surprised 8-year-old Teagan, 6-year-old Jace,  3-year-old Solveji and 7-month-old Esmae, who he'd never met before.
