No one was injured after a private charter jet’s landing gear collapsed at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Tuesday night.
Airport Fire officials were called to the scene shortly after 9 p.m. Officials confirm that a private charter jet carrying two people made a pass over the airport, and the pilot thought the gear was OK. But when the jet landed, the right landing gear collapsed.
The plane ended up near Signature Aviation off of Post Road but was not one of their planes.
Officials are investigating what caused the landing gear to collapse.
