A private music teacher from Coon Rapids has been charged with fourth degree Criminal Sexual Conduct for allegedly molesting a juvenile boy during in-home music lessons.

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office says 29-year-old Robert James Ladwig taught the boy in Eden Prairie and inappropriately touched him over a three-month period.

Ladwig previously pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in 2011 for an incident involving a juvenile girl in Eden Prairie.

Police are reminding parents to maintain open communication with their kids and ask detailed questions about what happens when they are in the care of another person. Any suspicious activity should be reported.
