Delta Flight to MSP Stuck in Mud at Virginia Airport
A Delta flight that's supposed to be heading to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport was stuck in the mud Monday at Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, Virginia.
Kimberly Gibbs with Reagan Washington National Airport tells KSTP Delta Flight 1763 bound for Minneapolis was taxiing to a runway when it turned and slid slightly off the pavement.
After recent heavy rain at the airport, the plane is now stuck in the mud.
No one was hurt. Passengers were bussed back to the terminal where they will board another flight to MSP.
This incident did not impact airport operations.
