Another round of severe weather hit west and northwest of the metro Sunday morning.

Flash flooding was reported in areas that stretched from Glencoe to Albertville.

A semi hydroplaned and slid off Highway 212 around 5:30 a.m., just outside of Glencoe. State Troopers said the driver was going well below the speed limit. He was not hurt, just shaken.

Officials in Glencoe said water quickly drained from the streets after the storm passed. Basements were also flooded.

KSTP.com Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas said Glencoe received 4.3 inches of rain within 90 minutes Sunday morning.

City officials said their main concern was to monitor the level of Buffalo Creek.

No injuries have been reported.
