Twin Cities Housing Market Heating Up
If you're a buyer eyeing a new home, you might just miss out if you don't act fast.
The Minnesota Association of Realtors says you'll have on average about 2 1/2 months to move on something, that's if you spot the house when it first hits the market.
Right now, homes are going about a month quicker than a year ago and people are paying roughly $17,000 more.
On Sunday Coldwell Banker Burnet's is holding its spring waterfront home tour. Ninety-nine homes on 26 bodies of water are for sale.
Realtors say even high-end homes are starting to move off the market. Prices on the home tour range from $169,000 up to nearly $6,000,000.
