Contracts Approved for Twin Cities Janitors and Security Guards

Twin Cities unionized janitors and security officers approved new contracts Saturday.

6,000 members of the SEIU Local 26 will get $1.20 raise over three years. This comes one week after janitors reached a tentative deal.

Security officers reached an agreement Thursday, after striking Wednesday.

The workers had been without a contract since December 31st.
