Wis. Dad Accused of Killing Daughters Appears in Court

The man charged with killing his three daughters in their Wisconsin home appeared in court Thursday.

Aaron Schaffhausen did not say a word during the motion hearing.

A judge ruled the defense will have to turn over Schaffhausen's background of mental health records on Feb. 8.

The defense will have to turn-in the final report of Schaffhausen's mental health evaluation on Feb. 15.

Schaffhausen's attorney, John Kucinski, said that's earlier than it should be, but he'll hand over the documents.

The judge denied a change of venue. He also said he is not in favor of sequestering the jury.

Schaffhausen entered an insanity plea earlier this month. His trial is scheduled for April 1.
