Email3 Killed in Medical Helicopter Crash
Three people are dead after a medical helicopter crashed near the Minnesota border.
The chopper went down around 9 p.m. Wednesday in a field near Ventura, Iowa, which is just west of Mason City.
The helicopter was on its way to pick up a patient when it went down. The pilot and two nurses were killed.
The FAA is investigating the cause.
