Suspect, Officer ID'd in Officer-Involved Shooting in New Hope

We've learned more about another officer-involved shooting in New Hope last Friday.
     
An off-duty Crystal police officer was the victim of a carjacking at a Holiday gas station, according to officials.
     
He fired a shot at the thief, identified as Eric Landers.
     
Crystal police are identifying the officer as Jerry Krob who is a 13-year veteran of the department and has earned several commendations.

Landers was allegedly hit by a gunshot, but is expected to survive.
     
Krob is on standard paid leave.
