The evening rush was moving better than the morning one. MnDOT had plows out all day long.
Some people love the snow, but others say it's not fit for man or beast. Neil and Buzz, the polar bears at Como Zoo, had a delightful morning walk in the snow.
On White Bear Lake, the snow put a smile on some faces. Others had cold mornings cleaning off their cars and long trips to work.
Plows were out in full force trying to make the trip home better than the trip in. Some ramps and loops were still slippery and snow compacted for the evening commute so drivers were warned to be careful.
