2 Arrested After High-Speed Crash in St. Paul

Two people were arrested after a crash involving two speeding cars in St. Paul.

According to authorities Tony Path and Tou Yer Xiong were both arrested for criminal vehicular operation.

Four people were taken to the hospital after the crash. Police say two cars that were speeding in the same direction on a St. Paul street.

Police are not saying that the cars were drag racing, but they are investigating.

The accident happened Friday afternoon on Minnehaha Avenue. Two cars were traveling at high speeds, when one car carrying three people lost control and flipped onto its roof.

A 17-year-old boy was taken to Regions Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Paulos says the driver of the second car also suffered injuries that were not life-threatening.
