MnDOT Re-opens Roads, Ramps after Construction

MnDOT has re-opened ramps and roads that have been causing detours, back-ups, and heavy traffic in local neighborhoods. 

The affected area is along I-694 from I-35W on the west side to Victoria on the east side.
