MI Man Accused of Highway Shooting is Husband, Father

We know more about the Michigan man accused of terrorizing drivers along a Highway.

Raulie Casteel is believed to be responsible for the 24 shootings in four counties since mid-October. He is a husband and father of a pre-school aged daughter.

One driver was hurt, but survived the shooting. Police say his motive is still a mystery. His mother told the Detroit Free Press she is worried her son is mentally ill and won't get help.

Castell has no prior arrest record.
