EmailMaplewood Dad Pleads Guilty to Criminal Sexual Conduct Charge
A Maplewood man has pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection to an incident involving his 4-month-old son.
Errick Rios, 24, entered the plea Monday in Ramsey County Court.
Rios was also previously charged with two counts of assault, and one count of assault by strangulation in connection to a series of incidents in July.
On Aug. 4, Rios admitted to having sexual contact with the boy.
He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 2.
