EmailDriver Could Be Charged in Fatal Car Surfing Accident
A St. Paul man is dead and one of his friends is facing the possibility of prison time after a dangerous stunt.
Twenty-one-year-old Shawn Swanson was killed in a car surfing accident in northwestern Wisconsin over the weekend. His friend, 21-year-old Cole Fohrenkamm, was arrested on suspicion of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle. Charges in the case are pending.
Family and friends of Swanson say they don't blame Fohrenkamm, they say he's hurting just like the rest of them.
