EmailKSTP Warns Public About Email Scam

It has come to our attention that emails falsely claiming to originate from KSTP-TV are circulating.
In one example, an email offered a $1,000 Visa gift card from KSTP. The email included a link to a website to claim the gift card.
These emails are spam and do not originate from KSTP.
We are working to identify the source of the email, to resolve the problem.
In the meantime, we're advising the public not to click on links in the email.
