Email83-Year-Old Man Gets Probation for Sexual Misconduct
An 83-year-old Goodview man has been sentenced to 25 years of probation for inappropriately touching a 7-year-old girl.
Robert Julius Stark Sr. pleaded guilty to sexually touching the child several times in his home in June 2011. He entered a guilty plea to a single count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct April 26.
The Winona Daily News reports a 36-month prison sentence was stayed but can be executed if Stark does not abide by the conditions of his probation.
He's barred from any contact with the girl or her family and any person younger than 18. He must also register as a predatory sexual offender and enter treatment.
