MPD Canine Unit Violated Policy, Dogs Uncertified
A 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS investigation has uncovered that criminal cases could be put at risk because of a mistake made by the Minneapolis Police Department's Canine Unit.
We found that some dogs have not been certified in their specialty for months - and yet kept working anyway.
