It's replacing "The Taste of Minnesota" as the big summer music event on Harriet Island in Saint Paul; "The River's Edge Music Festival" kicks off this weekend.
Organizers and city officials are keeping a close eye on the rising Mississippi River as they prepare for big crowds. At this point they're hopeful the only flood they'll deal with will be a flood of people. Dave Matthews will headline the event on Sunday night.
About 40,000 people are expected to attend the two-day event.
