Teen Accused in Fatal South Mpls. Shooting to Appear in Court

The teen accused of shooting a 16-year-old in a Minneapolis alley earlier this month will be tried as an adult.

Sixteen-year-old Malcolm Jackson is charged with second-degree murder.

Trequan Sykes was found shot twice on Bloomington Avenue back on June 1. He died.

Jackson told investigators he'd been in a fight with Sykes' brother.

Jackson is expected in court today.
