EmailMinnesota National Guard Soldiers Return Home
It was an early Father's Day present Saturday for a group of Minnesota families, welcoming home twelve members of the Minnesota National Guard.
Families and friends were all packed into a hot gym, and when the soldiers arrived, everyone rushed for a hug.
While the Guard members were in Afghanistan, they worked alongside Croation soldiers in training Afghan soldiers. There is currently another team of Minnesotans on a similar mission in Afghanistan.
