Jury: Anoka Co. Youth Pastor Not Guilty of Criminal Sexual Conduct

A 47-year-old church youth pastor accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl was found not guilty.

According to the Office of the Washington County Attorney, an Anoka County jury acquitted Damian Burkhalter of Blaine of criminal sexual conduct charges.

The trial took nine days.

Burkhalter is the former youth director at Glen Cary Lutheran Church.
