St. Paul School Honored by Former President Clinton

Former President Bill Clinton gave a big honor Thursday to a St. Paul school.

Randolph Heights Elementary School is one of 114 from across the country being honored in New York as part of the fourth annual Healthy Schools Program.

Randolph got a bronze medal for making the school a healthier place for students to learn.

"The health of the next generation of Americans is at stake, and it's up to all of us to give them the opportunity to grow into healthy, successful, productive adults," Clinton said.

The American Heart Association and the William J. Clinton Foundation established the Healthy Schools Program in 2005.
