St. Paul Police Investigate Smashed Car Windows

February 22, 2018 09:40 AM

Many in a St. Paul neighborhood spent Wednesday getting car windows repaired or covering them with plastic.

Someone smashed out the windows on around two dozen vehicles north of Interstate 94 near Dale Street early Wednesday morning.

St. Paul police are investigating the vandalism.

"We've been up since 6 o'clock this morning," victim Kelly Branson said. "Had to call the police, made police reports and get our cars in.

"A lot of people don't have money to get their windows fixed. They need to be caught. This hurts people's lives."

Anyone with information on the vandalism is asked to call Saint Paul police at 651-291-1111.
